Qn: What's with the general male population liking women with long hair?
Here are some of the responses I gathered:

yeh...i realise that too man!
I think men are still pretty traditional - liking/preferring woman with long hair as a sign of femininity.
Add on to that, it seems the rebonded straight hair is still preferred unless the woman can carry her curls well.

Hmmm... i didn't know the part about rebonded straight is preferred over curled hair even if it's long. So the key is well-curled huh?
But still... i think it's darn shallow, if you ask me.
Sometimes when i hear that from my date, i'll be like, "Gosh rather shallow don't you think? So, why are you out with me then... Guy goes *QUIET*! HEH!

basically, alot of guys will just settle for girls who look good with the current hair cut. nobody wants to date somebody who looks like he/she's got a weird ass haircut. no matter what, first impressions do count. not if she's got str8 hair. guys are just blur either way, and they won't turn down a hot date.
